Paddock Hire Service

Country Pooch Paddock Hire

By Booking this service, I understand and agree that, in the event of injury to myself, my family or my dog(s), I will not hold County Pooch, its owners or any of its staff, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or dog by me or my dog’s actions. I hereby release Country Pooch and it’s staff from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog or any property, caused by usage of the walking fields including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. This waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service.
Time Keeping: This is so important for the smooth running of this facility. Time keeping is paramount. Avoid arriving too early, if you do arrive ahead of schedule please stay well back until others are clear of the field. Finish your session promptly, you should be back in your car and preparing to leave before your session finishes, set your alarm if it helps. Please bear in mind that some people come here because they/their pet is uncomfortable around others.

In our enclosed paddock, there will be access to water at all times. We have 4ft deer fencing the whole way round the field. Dog Waste bins are provided. Please contact us to let us know of any damages/repairs etc.

Rules of the Paddock

You do not need to check in.

Please only enter the paddock at the time of your allocate time slot and ensure that the previous customer has exited the paddock before entering.

Park on the hardcore spaces provided or park in the lay-by opposite on Ridge Lane.

Close the gate behind you.

Please take any general waste home with you.

Dispose of any dog waste in our bins provided.

Your time slot ends at 25 minutes past or 55 minutes past depending on the slot that you have booked. Please ensure that you are ready to leave at this time. This time keeping is essential for the smooth running of our paddocks and safety of our clients.

We have neighbours so please keep the noise down. Any excessive barking will result in your booking being terminated and any further bookings refused.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in your invitation to the use of our field to be withdrawn immediately.

Please note sessions are unable to be swapped, amended or cancelled if less than 48 hours notice has been provided before your session is due to commence.

Cainark Dog Training

By booking any of Cainark Dog Training workshops, sessions or courses, I understand and agree that dog training is not without risk to me, members of my family, and/or my dog. I agree that, in the event of injury to my family, my dog(s), or myself, I will not hold Cainark Dog Training, its owners or any of its instructors, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs by me or my dog's actions. I hereby release Cainark Dog Training and it’s instructors from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog, or any property, caused by participation in any activities including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises designated for the activity. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. This waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service/s.

Time keeping is so important for the smooth running of our training. Please make sure you leave enough time to travel to our venue. All training will start promptly at the time stated on your booking. If you are running late, please let us know and enter the training area with respect that the training will have already started.

There is free onsite parking. The main track is used by local farmers so please leave enough room for large vehicles to pass. Cainark Dog Training will not accept any responsibility for damage, accident or loss of users vehicles or valuables.

Any photos or videos taken may be used for marketing, on our newsletter, social media or other marketing. We may also use photos of dogs and handlers to celebrate grading achievements on social media. Do let us know if this is something you wish to be removed from.

All training provided will be by employees who have been trained by Cainark Dog Training and/or deemed to have the necessary experience and skills.

We will only cancel workshops, sessions or courses, if it is deemed unsafe to dog or handler to continue. We cannot be held responsible for ‘acts of God’ but will do our utmost to ensure this has minimal impact on services. We make decisions to cancel/postpone training on the morning of the date started of your booking. If any training is cancelled/postponed by us, we will reschedule your session/s to a more suitable date for all involved.

Payments for all training are due upon booking. Training booked via Collar will be charged upfront. Any 1:1 training services, will receive an invoice upon booking. There is a 7-day no cancellation policy in place for all training services. Payment secures your booking. If payment is not authorised within 24 hours of your booking, it is deemed cancelled and the appointment time allocated to someone else. There is a no refund policy in place after the cancellation period has passed and once payment is made your place remains open to you for the full length of your training. Changes to appointments need to be arrange via email or phone with the office, and will only be accepted with a minimum of 7 days notice before the scheduled appointment.

Ensure you have a motivational toy and/or high value treats that your dog enjoys for training. Your dog must have a suitable collar and/or harness and lead and we suggest bring a 5m long line. Please do not attend with a retractable lead as this is unsuitable for training. You are responsible to cleaning up after your dog, so please bring poo bags with you. There are Dog Waste bins on site for your to dispose of your waste correctly.
